3. Return Shipping Costs

- Manufacturing Defect or Shipping Damage or Fitting Problems: We will cover the return shipping cost.
- Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund and Exchange Options
You have the following options upon a valid return:
- Exchange: We can ship you a replacement car floor mat.
- Store Credits: Receive store credit for future purchases.
- Refund: A refund will be processed back to the original method of payment once the return is received and inspected.
5. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund or exchange. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
